    FOUNDER, MANAGING PARTNER

    A fulfilling life goes beyond wealth. This philosophy provides the framework that Andrew Martz uses to build financial plans for his clients.

    His proactive approach to wealth management is simple: listen to dreams, concerns, and needs as it relates to one’s life and financial goals. Then, utilizing decades of knowledge, experience, and strategic partnerships, design and implement the plan with the goal to achieve those results desired.

     As a New York native with offices located in Los Angeles, Denver, and Dallas, Andrew’s client base spans the country. His client roster ranges from busy executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals in the sports and entertainment industries.

    Andrew is the co-host of the “Dollars & Sensibilities” podcast show where he shares his expertise with listeners around the numbers, concepts, and behaviors that can shape a person’s financial life.

     He graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ with a B.S. in Business and Technology, and began his career on Wall Street in 2006 with a boutique investment banking and private equity firm. After 2 years, he joined the world’s largest investment bank, J.P. Morgan, refining and perfecting the process of delivering best-in-class wealth management solutions.

    With over a decade of experience and a growing passion to help people understand how they can have more control over their money to live their best life, Andrew opened WIS Advisors, an independent financial advisory practice.

    Andrew enjoys an active lifestyle and can often be found competing in triathlons or 5ks on the weekends. He and his wife Theresa have two children, Maverick and Monroe, who call him Dad. To everyone else, he’s known as “Money Martz”.

    After more than two decades in leadership roles across the financial services industry, Andrew made a deliberate shift, returning to what he has always found most meaningful: working directly with individuals and families to help them plan, grow, and protect their wealth.

    Now, as a full-time financial advisor with NEXA Partners, he brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to the clients he serves. Background includes executive positions in compliance, supervision, operations, and practice management. Previously serving as Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer at Western International Securities and held earlier senior roles at Washington Mutual and Cetera Advisors Network.

    That experience has helped him guide clients not just through investments, but through the full spectrum of financial decisions—from retirement income planning to legacy strategies, tax-sensitive investing, risk management, and more.

    MIKAYLA MARTINETS

    CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

    Mikayla, a Texas native, is one of 8 siblings and grew up with faith and family as the foundation of her life. She graduated from West Texas A&M with a B.A. in English.

    Mikayla began her career in the facilities infrastructure/operations industry. She then transitioned into mortgage and escrow client services.  During this time she also started a small business of her own.  As an avid learner and entrepreneur,  she soon developed a desire to help individuals with their finances beyond home buying. Now, with WIS Advisors, she is excited to facilitate her client’s goals and dreams by partnering on their financial journey.

    Mikayla enjoys horseback riding, hiking, traveling, and social events. She loves to read about business, finance, history, and theology.

    Her favorite quote, by Winston Churchill, really sums up her commitment to faith, family, and finances…  “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give”

    ALLAN HUBER

    WEALTH MANAGER

    A Wealth Manager with over 25 years of financial experience and prior distribution business ownership, specializes in serving small business owners and retirees.  Allan has a bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management from CSLA and has earned a designation as "Certified Wealth Strategist" (CWS).  He and his wife Christina have two grown sons, David and Brian,  three grandchildren, and a poodle.  In his free time, Allan enjoys gardening and also volunteering with the Rotary Club.
